The art is refined and machined into a brass mold. Our specially formulated vinyl magnet compound is melted and injected into this mold cavity producing soft, flexible rubber pieces with three-dimensional details. These blank rubber pieces are then magnetized and given a base coat of flexible paint.
Details and colors are applied to our magnets with heat transfer pigment “foils” using innovative decorating techniques that we have pioneered and perfected over the past 25 years. The result of this process is a unique and vibrant 3D magnet.
